As we receive food concessions from the outdoor caterers on the show field it is very important that no hot or cold cooked foods are sold from the Food Hall without prior agreement with the General Secretary.  This agreement may involve an extra concession to the Show Society and must in no way clash with those selling food on the show field.  The sole ice cream concession has been allocated and therefore no ice cream may be sold in the Food Hall.

The Trade Space in the Food Hall will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis.  All stall holders must abide by the strict Health and Safety policy issued by the Show Society and the Health and Safety at Work Act.  All food must be stored and cooked according to Government and Vale Council Environmental Health policies, there are usually Environmental Health Officers present on show day.

We have applied for a license to sell alcohol in the Food Hall, but those selling must also have a personal license, please supply us with your personal license number.  Alcohol for sale in the Food Hall is for consumption off the show field only.
